Ian Buch of Urbanite gave us a few words regarding our work on their student residential scheme, The Leatherworks in Leeds.
Across seven blocks, including two listed buildings, the project delivered 451 upgraded student bedrooms and 81 communal kitchens, completed in three fast-paced phases.
Our role focused on fully compliant, high-quality doorsets manufactured to fit the complexities of a heritage site while supporting tight programme deadlines, as well as a modular build for all the student’s studying and communal needs!
